We care for patients 0-18 years of age.

We accept all major insurance companies, including U Care, Medicaid and Medicare.

While we specialize in urgent care for non-life-threatening conditions, we are not equipped to handle emergencies. In case of a medical emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

The typical wait time at Red Balloon Urgent Care Center can vary widely on a day-by-day basis; however, we always strive to provide as efficient and safe care as possible!

We are aware that you may have recently received a letter if you have UnitedHealthcare (UHC), stating that effective November 1, 2025, Red Balloon Urgent Care and our providers will no longer be in-network.

Please know that we are actively working with UHC to renew our contract, and our goal is to ensure there is no disruption to your care. Our contracting team is in close communication with UHC and is diligently working to have this matter resolved as soon as possible.

At this time, no action is required from you. If there are any changes to our network status before November 1, we will notify you right away.
