A pediatric urgent care designed to meet the needs of your family and our community by offering evening and weekend hours, providing care to kids with minor illness or injury. No appointment needed. Conveniently located in Edina near Southdale and Eden Prairie.
We are aware that you may have recently received a letter if you have UnitedHealthcare (UHC), stating that effective November 1, 2025, Red Balloon Urgent Care and our providers will no longer be in-network.
Please know that we are actively working with UHC to renew our contract, and our goal is to ensure there is no disruption to your care. Our contracting team is in close communication with UHC and is diligently working to have this matter resolved as soon as possible.
At this time, no action is required from you. If there are any changes to our network status before November 1, we will notify you right away. Our sincere hope and expectation are that our relationship with UHC will remain in place without interruption or very minimal delay, allowing us to continue providing the same high-quality care you’ve come to expect from Red Balloon Urgent Care.
